Saturday, 8th April found several Members attending the first 'get together' of the newly re-formed Ruabon Bowling Club.
Members helped to clean and tidy the clubroom in the Sports Pavilion ready for the forthcoming season. The green is not in a good state having been neglected for two or three years. However, with advice from the consultants and hard work from the Members we hope to restore the green to its former glory.
The Committee Members took the opportunity of the Local Councillor's Surgery to discuss how the RBC might obtain some financial assistance to restore this community asset.
